Frequently Asked Questions

What is 'shadow work' and how does this deck support it?

Shadow work is a psychological and spiritual practice focused on acknowledging and integrating the repressed, unacknowledged, or 'shadow' aspects of one's personality. The Shadow Work Oracle: Second Edition supports this by providing cards designed to prompt introspection, reveal hidden patterns, and guide users through the process of understanding and integrating these parts of themselves, often with the aid of its companion book.

Is this deck suitable for beginners to oracle cards or shadow work?

While the deck is designed for shadow work, the inclusion of a new companion book suggests it provides guidance that could be beneficial for beginners. Those new to oracle cards or shadow work may find the structured approach and interpretive support helpful in navigating these introspective practices.

What makes the Second Edition different from the original Shadow Work Oracle?

The Second Edition expands upon the original, previously sold-out deck by adding 18 new cards, offering a more comprehensive and varied experience. It also includes a new companion book, likely providing more in-depth explanations and guidance compared to the first edition.
