The Blood Moon Tarot is a 78-card deck created by artist Sam Guay, designed to explore personal and dream-like interpretations of the iconic tarot system. Drawing on over 10 years of tarot experience and two years of dedicated artwork, Guay developed a visual language rich with dark nature, hypnagogic patterns, and moody atmospheres. The deck aims to encourage introspection, helping users navigate their emotional landscapes and connect with the mysteries of the world.

This deck features a complete Major Arcana and Minor Arcana, with the latter's suits renamed to Songs (Cups), Skins (Wands), Dreams (Swords), and Honey (Pentacles). These new names reflect the symbolic themes woven into Guay's personal imagery, which often includes flowing lines and earthy color palettes. A unique aspect of the Minor Arcana is that each suit is derived from one large painting, cropped into individual cards, creating an interconnected visual narrative when laid out.

The physical deck includes 2.75" x 4.75" cards printed on 350gsm stock with a matte finish, gilded edges, and foil card backs. It is housed in a magnetic box.
