Tattered Wings Oracle Deck

The Tattered Wings Oracle Deck, created by Ritual Muse, centers on the theme of strength derived from overcoming adversity, encapsulated by its tagline: "The Strongest of Wings are built from Tattered things." Launched successfully on Kickstarter in 2020, the deck was supported by 46 backers who raised $4,451. This oracle deck is designed to offer guidance and insights, drawing on a narrative of resilience and personal growth.

The deck is accompanied by a 113-page companion booklet, available in both PDF and printed formats, which provides interpretations and context for the cards. The campaign also offered various supplementary items, including journals, art prints, and mugs, indicating a broader brand vision beyond just the cards. The focus on a powerful, transformative message suggests the deck aims to empower users through challenging times and encourage self-reflection.

While specific details about the card count or the artistic style are not provided in the campaign story, the emphasis on "original artwork" for magnets and prints suggests a distinct visual identity. The deck's core message of finding strength in vulnerability positions it as a tool for introspection and personal development, appealing to those seeking encouragement and a deeper understanding of their own journey.

The artwork for the Tattered Wings Oracle Deck is described as original, with prints and magnets offered as separate rewards featuring this art. One specific print is mentioned as a "black and white version of one of my most cherished original paintings," suggesting a style that translates well into monochromatic forms. The overall theme of "tattered wings" implies imagery that might depict resilience, transformation, or perhaps a slightly melancholic yet hopeful aesthetic. Without visual examples, the exact medium or visual mood remains unconfirmed, but the mention of "original paintings" suggests a traditional art background, possibly with a focus on symbolic or figurative representations.

This deck is suitable for individuals seeking an oracle tool focused on themes of resilience, personal growth, and overcoming challenges. It will appeal to those who appreciate a strong, empowering message and are drawn to introspective practices. Readers who value a deck with a clear, inspiring narrative and a companion guide for deeper understanding will find this deck particularly engaging.
