Soul's Journey Tarot

The Soul's Journey Tarot is a 78-card deck created by CityTarot, designed to be a visually engaging tool for self-discovery and divination. It incorporates both Astrological and Kabbalistic attributes, suggesting a layered system of interpretation that goes beyond standard Rider-Waite-Smith symbolism. The deck aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience, particularly when paired with CityTarot's associated online courses.

Each deck includes a custom tarot box and a Soul's Journey Guidebook, indicating that the creator provides specific interpretations for the integrated astrological and Kabbalistic elements. The campaign emphasizes ease of learning, suggesting that while the deck is rich in symbolism, it is also accessible to those new to these complex systems. The integration of these esoteric traditions positions the deck as a tool for deeper spiritual exploration.

Launched successfully on Kickstarter, the Soul's Journey Tarot was offered with various tiers that bundled the physical deck with online learning courses, from beginner to advanced levels. This approach highlights the creator's commitment to education and making tarot accessible, suggesting the deck is intended to be a foundational element within a broader learning system.

The artwork, as seen on the box design, features a cosmic and ethereal aesthetic. The front of the box displays a stylized human figure within a glowing orb, surrounded by a golden ring, against a deep blue, star-filled background. Below, a stream of colorful, circular symbols, possibly representing chakras or other energetic points, flows towards a depiction of Earth. The back of the box features a complex geometric pattern, likely a representation of the Tree of Life from Kabbalah, set against the same starry, deep blue backdrop. The overall style is digital, with smooth gradients and glowing effects, creating a mystical and contemplative mood. The use of gold accents against the dark blue suggests an elegant and spiritual theme.

This deck is ideal for tarot readers interested in integrating Astrological and Kabbalistic symbolism into their practice. It appeals to those seeking a deck that offers a deeper, more esoteric layer of interpretation beyond traditional RWS. Beginners who are also interested in learning these systems may find it suitable, especially when combined with the creator's online courses. Collectors who appreciate cosmic, spiritual, and geometrically intricate artwork will also be drawn to its aesthetic.
