Navigator Oracle, a 42 card oracle deck

The Navigator Oracle is a 42-card oracle deck developed by Traci Wilkes, a Reiki Master, Crystal Master, and Introspective Hypnosis Practitioner. The deck's purpose is to offer guidance and support for individuals seeking to course-correct on their soul's journey. Each card features abstract art, created by Wilkes using oil and cold wax, which lends a unique textural and visual quality to the deck. The campaign for this deck, launched in 2021, aimed to bring this tool for self-discovery and spiritual navigation to a wider audience.

The deck is intended to be a practical tool for introspection, with a guidebook included to help users interpret the abstract imagery and apply its messages to their personal path. The physical deck was planned to be housed in a tuck box, similar to standard playing cards, emphasizing its functional and accessible design. Beyond the cards, the campaign offered various tiers that included additional items such as crystal pendulums, reading cloths, and digital prints of the artwork, indicating a holistic approach to spiritual practice that extends beyond the cards themselves.

While the Kickstarter campaign ultimately did not reach its funding goal, the concept behind the Navigator Oracle highlights a blend of artistic expression and spiritual guidance. The use of abstract art in an oracle deck encourages intuitive interpretation, allowing readers to connect with the cards on a deeper, more personal level rather than relying on literal imagery. This approach aligns with the creator's background in energy healing and crystal work, suggesting a deck rooted in intuitive and energetic principles.

The artwork for the Navigator Oracle is described as abstract, created using oil and cold wax. This medium typically results in rich textures, layered colors, and organic forms, often with a matte finish due to the cold wax. The abstract nature of the art suggests that the cards are designed for intuitive interpretation, allowing the reader's subconscious to connect with the shapes, colors, and textures rather than relying on specific symbolic figures or scenes. Without visual input, the exact color palette or specific stylistic elements cannot be detailed, but the medium itself implies a tactile and visually deep aesthetic.

This deck is suitable for individuals interested in abstract art and intuitive oracle readings, particularly those on a spiritual journey seeking guidance for self-correction and introspection. It would appeal to practitioners of reiki, crystal healing, or introspective hypnosis, given the creator's background. Readers who prefer less literal imagery and enjoy connecting with cards through color, texture, and personal intuition will find this deck engaging.
